Dubai Properties says Naseem townhouses sold out
(MENAFN) Dubai Properties Group announced that the recently launched Naseem townhouses in the Mudon development have sold out, Arabian Business reported.
With a starting price of USD680.44 thousands, the townhouses were all sold after their launch last week, prompting the developer to put additional units on the market.
The company attributed the fast sales of the Naseem townhouses to them being of high quality, spacious, conveniently located and reasonably priced.
"The response we have received for Naseem confirms that DP's development approach is aligned with the needs of a growing city," the Chief Officer of Urban Planning at Dubai Properties said.
