Kuwaiti surgery specialist wins award

(MENAFN- Arab Times) The general surgery specialist in Al-Sabah Hospital, Dr Samir Al-Osaimi, has won an award for his research paper within the World Endoscopic Conference, which was held in New Delhi, India, from 7 to 10 February. Dr Al-Osaimi told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the award is an international medical achievement for the State of Kuwait.



The surgeon added that he participated in three scientific papers; one of them selected within the global best posts and wished that his paper is included within the research program of scientific lectures of the conference. He expressed his pride of this achievement added to the accomplishments of Kuwait in various fields of medicine. He pointed out that the number of participants in a conference reached more than 350 physicians from different medical specialties from more than 28 Arab and foreign countries
