Jordan- Over 700,000 registered to vote

(MENAFN- Jordan Times) The total number of eligible voters who have registered for the upcoming parliamentary elections stood at 709,266 by the end of Monday. Independent Elections Commission Spokesperson Hussein Bani Hani said 51,540 voters registered on Monday. Meanwhile, residents of Kufranjeh and Safa called for opening voter registration centres in their areas to alleviate the burden on the Civil Status and Passports Department offices in Kufranjeh and Ajloun.
