Kuwait: 139 traffic citations issued
(MENAFN- Arab Times) During a campaign organized by the Traffic Arraignment Department of the General Traffic Department in the Mubarak Al-Kabir Governorate, police have issued 139 citations including 51 direct citations and 88 indirect citations, reports Al-Shahed daily.
Some of the motorists were caught red-handed crossing the red-traffic light and others talking on the cell phones while driving and parking in no parking areas.
