(MENAFN) Police declared that a trooper, a counterinsurgency policeman, and a rebel have died in clashes in Indian-controlled Kashmir.
Police added that the battle occurred when insurgents carried out armed attack against raiding government forces in the southern Tral area.
Authorities urged reinforcements of police and troopers and have surrounded the area.
While the media shared the battles, anti-India protests and clashes took place in Tral town.
