Tunisia reports 27 percent boost in foreign investment


(MENAFN) Tunisia has recorded a boost in its foreign investment by 27 percent during the first quarter of this year.

The Foreign Investment Promotion Agency has released the official data which found USD230 million to have been reached in foreign investment during 2018's first quarter.

Reuters reported the outcome Tunisia has reached to have been accomplished thanks to industrial investment, which seen a 45 percent increase.

Investors have been more attracted to Tunisia since its new law provides them with more elasticity in funds transfer, motivating them for major projects to be carried out.
