Nowadays, there are several open source libraries (ex: Tensorflow) available with fully developed machine learning models (ex: Random Forest) for business to develop their own AI enabled products and services, so we are not expected to develop an AI model from the scratch instead we should know what AI model to use for a given business problem and how to use the AI model to solve the given business problem.
Also, data plays a significant role in an AI implementation, without data skills it's absolutely impossible to implement an AI model for real-world business. Compare to AI modelling skills, the business skills and data skills are core mandatory. To realise true business values of AI, it's absolutely critical to identify professionals who have deep business skills, data engineering skills and AI skills to lead any AI project
