(MENAFN) A man who was captured on camera,pulling a little girl,aged 12,to steal her mobile phone,has cried when sentenced for three years in jail.
The convict,Patrik Gunar,aged 22, caused criticism after the police shared a video of him violating the little girl in daylight.
The footage showed the Slovakian national while walking down the street before he turned back and dragged the girl on Cambridge Street, in Derby.
The teenager however,was courage enough to fight back as the attacker was able to overpower her and put her to the ground,then slowly escape with her iPhone 6s.
