(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Russia can put an end to the humanitarian crisis in Donbas, which has become the worst in three years, by ending support for so-called separatists and fulfilling the Minsk agreements.

"Humanitarian crisis in eastern Ukraine worst in 3 years and deteriorating. Russia can end this by ending intervention and support for so-called separatists, implementing Minsk Agreements," he wrote.
