President Ilham Aliyev: Azerbaijan is successfully completing 2017 (UPDATE)

Azerbaijan is successfully completing the year 2017, and all the outlined issues have been resolved this year.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev made the remark at a meeting with representatives of the public of Agjabedi district and sportsmen of Agjabedi after acquaintance with the Olympic Sports Complex.

"We have great achievements both in economy and foreign policy, and military sphere. Today, Azerbaijan's economy is a strong economy and we have no financial problems. Therefore additional measures will be taken in the sphere of social and economic infrastructure this year and in the coming years," the head of state said.

President Aliyev further noted that the construction of rural roads will be continued in the coming years in Agjabedi as well. "A number of rural road projects have been implemented,

this is also planned for next year. The issue of repairing apartment buildings is also on the agenda, additional funds will be allocated for accomplishment. In a nutshell, I am confident that the socio-economic development of the district will be successfully ensured in the future," he said.
