Mother attempting to help bullied daughter end up with a felony charge

(MENAFN) After placing a digital recorder into her nine-year-old daughter's backpack in order to find answers on suspected bullying, the Virginia mother, Sarah Sims, was charged with felony.

WAVY-TV reported that in attempt to find evidence of her daughter's bullying at Ocean View Elementary School in Norfolk, Sims put the device into the backpack as nobody was willing to help out her daughter.

Sims claimed that the school didn't respond to her frequent calls and emails that it drove her to handle the matter on her own, she said "if I'm not getting an answer from you what am I left to do?"
