Information Technology Authority marks Omani Women's Day

(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- As a recognition of Omani women's position and roles in various fields, the Information technology Authority (ITA) celebrated Omani Women's Day, which falls on October 17 every year, at its headquarters at Knowledge Oasis Muscat.
The celebration included a lecture for ITA female employees entitled, 'Women's Role in Leadership', presented by Hala al Turki, training and consultancy of Leaders Development Specialist. During the lecture, Hala shared her experience in this area by presenting the roles of the Arabic women in the family, community and at work in order to create future female leaders.
It is worth mentioning that Hala is a partner of Al Taaat Leadership Development Institute and also, she is one of the senior leader development trainers and has worked with many leading institutions in different countries in the region. With teaching and consulting roles, she has written several books as well.
