Flying out of Dubai on Friday? RTA has some bad news for you
(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Passengers flying out of Dubai early on Friday may have a tough time reaching the airport.
According to a statement issued by Dubai Airports, construction work being carried out on some roads leading to the airport may result in delays.
Don't do these 10 things when flying out of DubaiDeparting passengers travelling on Friday, February 24, between 0200 and 1300 are advised to allow additional time to travel to Dubai International due to road construction work being carried out by RTA at the junction of Marrakech Street and Airport Road, the statement added.
During this period there is the potential for disruption to traffic movement in and around the area including the following locations:> Airport Road - heading west and east
> EK Group Headquarters> Access to the Terminal 3 Staging Lane
Beat long queues at Dubai airport, use Emirates ID"Road capacity in and around the airport is being upgraded to accommodate future traffic growth and improve service. Dubai Airports would like to thank passengers for their patience and understanding."
