Turkey aims bids for USD3bn Bridge


(MENAFN) Turkey will seek bids in Jan to build and operate USD3.25bn suspension bridge over the Dardanelles Straits and has received interest from Asian and Turkish dealers.

Construction of the bridge is predicted to start in March 18, 2017 and will take almost five years to complete.

Moreover, the country has forged ahead with positive infrastructure projects under Erdogan, involving one of the globe"s largest suspension bridges.
