168 finest badminton players in their respective categories, including professional and advanced category, flooded the wooden courts of RSK, and not without their family and friends, once again blending competitive tournament with friends and family gathering, or a competition atmosphere mixed with fun and belongingness. "Smash Salvo 129" has 6 categories of Level D, Level C, Level B, Level A Higher, Level A Lower, and Professional /Advanced Category, with Champion and Runner Up titles at stake, added in with RSK's signature awards which are the MVP or Most Valuable Player plus Model Player award. Cash prize, glass trophies, and medals accompany above awards.
RSK's one-day tournaments are known to always showcase prominent players from different nationalities, as well as various badminton groups that are ever-present not only to play but also to support their respective group members. Some of the well-known groups seen were RSK Angry Birds, Tropang Gising, Tribo, Buddyminton, Shuttlers, Karaketa, Bear Family, Hapi Pipol, IBAK, and IBCK members.
"Smash Salvo 129" is supported by Vista Land International, Camella Homes, and Mediacom Karaoke in Kuwait.
