Omani Al Hassan Engineering wins USD68m contract in Sohar
(MENAFN) Al Hassan Engineering Company, one of Oman's leading engineering and construction contractor, won a contract from Dealim-Petrofac Srip to develop a project in Sohar, Times of Oman reported.
The contract allows Al Hassan Engineering to construct and pre-commission civil and underground piping works for the Sohar refinery improvement project.
The estimated value of the contract is around USD68 million, with the work expected to be completed by April 2016.
Al Hassan Engineering has already executed projects in Sohar industrial complex including different construction packages of Sohar aromatics plant and 1000MW captive power plant of Sohar Aluminium smelter.
