Prince Fahad congratulated His Highness the Crown Prince on the advent of the holy fasting month of Ramadan, expressing best wishes, good health, and prosperity to him and the Kuwaiti government and people under the wise leadership of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Saba
In turn, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf greeted Prince Fahad on the holy occasion and thanked him for the kind gesture that reflected strong brotherly relations between both countries
