(MENAFN- Arab Times) A 16-year old Kuwaiti boy in women's clothes (abaya and niqab) was caught up in scandal, as several girls started hooting at him when he entered the washroom for ladies at a commercial complex in Fahaheel area.
Security sources said the girls found the youth inside the washroom and started shouting with other women, so security workers in the complex notified the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry and the police arrived at the scene and referred the perpetrator to the concerned authority
