(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Qatar Exchange pursued its upswing trend on Sunday adding 113.66 points (1.02%) to advance to 11,305.87 points from 11,192.21 on Thursday.
The volume of the shares traded up to 13,066,700 from 12,042,639 on Thursday and the value of shares increased to QR580,164,067.00 from QR893,148,982.58 Thursda
Among the top gainers were Commercial Bank of Qatar which was up 0.14% to QR72.90, Qatar Insurance gained 0.74% to QR82.00, Vodafone Qatar added 1.82% to QR11.74 and General Insurance up by 2.22% to QR46.0
The Banking and Financial sector index was added 1.21 points while Consumer Goods and Services sector index up 1.21 point
The industrial sector was gained 0.65 points while insurance sector rose 0.81 point
