Pakistan, Iraq Discuss Military Cooperation
(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Pakistan's Minister of Defense Production Rana Tanveer Hussain met with an Iraqi delegation chaired by the Iraqi Air Force Commander Staff Pilot Lt. Gen.
Anwar Hammad Ameen, currently on a visit to Islamabad. The Pakistani Radio reported that Minister Tanveer stressed his country's willingness to expand the horizons of cooperation with Iraq in the field of military training and provision of equipment.
For its part, the Iraqi delegation expressed great interest in Pakistan's air defense systems, noting in this regard to Iraq's desire to build its air defense system and to get on planes to carry out training projects
