Dr Luke Danagher is Associate Professor of Law at the University of Limerick. He is a graduate of the University of Limerick and King's College London, where he completed a PhD funded by the Centre of European Law on the normative foundations of cartel crime. His research examines criminal responsibility, regulatory crime, corporate and organisational wrongdoing, psychopathy and the law, hate crime, and the governance of emerging technologies, including AI. His work has been published in leading national and international journals, and he is the author of forthcoming books on legal writing and psychopathy, power and responsibility. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a member of the Irish Association of Law Teachers.
