QAIA Earns Level 4 Airport Customer Experience Accreditation
Amman, May 24 (Petra) -- Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) has received Level 4 Airport Customer Experience Accreditation from Airports Council International (ACI World), Airport International Group (AIG), the Jordanian company operating the airport, announced on Sunday.
In a statement, the group said the achievement reflects the "advanced" level of passenger experience management at Jordan's main gateway, noting that this is the first time the airport has received the recognition.
The AIG added that this accreditation is granted only to airports that "successfully" integrate customer-centric strategies across all aspects of their organizational culture while prioritizing the "voice of the passenger." AIG said it ensures passenger feedback and opinions directly contribute to enhancing operational processes, driving innovation and shaping the airport's long-term strategies, noting that the ACI accreditation program assesses eight key areas, including strategy, governance and employee engagement, and that QAIA's success across these areas reflects integrated efforts to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Commenting on the milestone, AIG CEO Nicolas Deviller said this accreditation marks a "significant qualitative" achievement for the airport's team and partners and reflects the group's strong commitment to service excellence and its vision of making the airport a welcoming destination where every traveler feels at home.
Deviller stressed that passenger experience remains at the core of the group's strategy, guiding efforts to develop services, upgrade airport facilities and strengthen cooperation with all entities operating within the airport system to anticipate and meet travelers' evolving needs.
"This recognition motivates us to continue raising our ambitions and delivering a seamless, world-class experience at Jordan's main gateway to the world," Deviller said.
The new accreditation adds to a series of prestigious awards and recognitions issued by ACI, including several Airport Service Quality awards and advanced accreditations in carbon reduction, further strengthening the airport's position as a leading regional aviation hub.
