Israeli Army, Occupiers Attack Palestinians, Injuring Seven in West Bank
(MENAFN) Seven Palestinians were injured on Sunday in a series of incidents involving Israeli forces and settlers across the occupied West Bank, according to reports.
In Beit Ula, northwest of Hebron, a young Palestinian was shot and wounded by Israeli forces, according to reports cited by a Palestinian news agency.
In another incident in the village of Al-Minya, southeast of Bethlehem, five Palestinians were injured after settlers attacked residential homes, causing damage and injuries to residents.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said its crews transported a 19-year-old from Beita, south of Nablus, to hospital after he sustained a gunshot wound to the leg.
Separately, settlers were reported to have uprooted around 150 fruit-bearing trees in Yasuf, east of Salfit, in the northern West Bank.
In another case, Palestinian shepherds were reportedly assaulted in Khirbet al-Tawil near Aqraba, south of Nablus.
Israeli forces also issued stop-work orders targeting 10 residential structures in Battir, west of Bethlehem, according to reports.
