Hotel Investment Platform Reports Sharp Rise in Activity Across Türkiye

(MENAFN) A hotel investment and sales platform operating in Türkiye has reported a significant increase in market activity, with inquiries and investor meetings rising by more than 40% in the first quarter of the year compared with the same period last year, according to reports.

The platform, which connects hotel owners with potential investors, said interest has been especially strong in major tourism and investment hubs including Istanbul, Antalya, Bodrum, and Cappadocia.

It noted that the growth reflects increasing investor confidence in both operational hotels and properties still under development. The company also said renewed momentum in Türkiye’s tourism sector, along with rising visitor numbers, has contributed to stronger demand.

According to reports, interest has recently shifted toward city hotels, resort properties, and boutique-style investments, with industry observers expecting further acceleration in deal activity over the course of the year.

The platform handles hotel transactions across Türkiye, facilitating connections between buyers and sellers while also supporting processes such as renovation planning, branding, valuation, and resale strategies after acquisition.

Analysts cited factors such as foreign-currency-based revenue potential, established tourism infrastructure, and relatively high occupancy rates as key drivers behind Türkiye’s attractiveness to investors.

Industry expectations suggest that mergers and acquisitions within the hotel sector could become more active in the coming months, supported by continued foreign and domestic investment interest.
