Civil Service Bureau Delivers Digital Solutions Projects For Two Ministries
The initiative is part of ongoing efforts to advance digital transformation and enhance the efficiency and quality of government services across Qatar.
In the first project, the department delivered the outputs of the“Development of the Labour Dispute Resolution Platform” to the Ministry of Labour, supporting its efforts to strengthen digital services and improve the efficiency of its dispute resolution system.
The project introduced an integrated operational model, supported by a prototype digital solution designed to accelerate dispute resolution, enhance transparency, and provide more seamless access to services. It is expected to improve user experience and strengthen institutional performance in this vital sector.
In parallel, under the Innovation Lab framework, the department completed deliverables for an innovation round to develop a prototype unified digital platform for the Ministry of Sports and Youth.
The platform is designed to integrate services, support youth empowerment, and promote sports participation nationwide.
The proposed platform enables the ministry and relevant entities to plan, manage, and promote sports and youth events, and to measure their impact using advanced analytical tools that support data-driven decision-making.
This project supports the ministry's strategic objectives, reinforces digital governance, and promotes a data-driven approach to addressing sector challenges, ultimately enhancing performance and ensuring sustainable impact.
