Al-Sharaa Reaffirms Solidarity
(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa has reiterated his country's solidarity with Qatar regarding threats to its security and sovereignty.
In a post on the social media platform X, the Syrian president said he held a“fraternal meeting” with His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, describing it as reflecting the depth of understanding between the two countries.
He added that the talks opened wider prospects for joint co-operation in key areas, particularly energy, investment and trade connectivity.
