Russia Launches Digital Service To Attract Foreign Specialists Due To Labor Shortage - CCD

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) According to Ukrinform, the Center for Countering Disinformation under Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council reported this on Telegram.

"Against the backdrop of a catastrophic labor shortage in all sectors, the 'Agency for Strategic Initiatives' founded by Putin announced the launch of the digital service 'To Russia - in one click,' aimed at attracting foreign professionals," the statement said. The project operates as a "one-stop shop": applications from foreigners are expected, their competencies and loyalty to "traditional values" are assessed, and if approved, full relocation support is promised.

"In reality, this project is doomed to fail, like previous similar programs for relocating foreigners. The heavily promoted resettlement from 'unfriendly countries' has attracted only a handful of marginal individuals who, after encountering harsh Russian realities, corruption, and the risk of ending up in the Russian army, dream only of a ticket home," the Center explained.

The CCD emphasized that while Russia is experiencing a mass outflow of its own specialists, the Kremlin is unsuccessfully trying to import "talent." However, all promises are powerless against reality: no "traditional values" can replace freedom and a stable future.

As Ukrinform reported, the Russian Ministry of Defense has launched a propaganda campaign based on archival documents from World War II, attempting to create an ideological foundation for its current armed aggression against Ukraine.
