Ryan Creps
- Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership, University at Buffalo
I study trends in postsecondary enrollment, practices in college admission, and policies that affect the two. I started my career as a college admission officer and I've work as a college counselor. Working closely with students, families, and institutions gave me a unique perspective on how policies and practices shape access to higher education. This motivated me to explore these issues more deeply, with the goal of informing policies and institutional strategies that promote fairness, transparency, and opportunity for all students.
