Turnitin Names Axicom US PR, Social AOR

(MENAFN- PRovoke) SAN FRANCISCO - Turnitin has named Axicom as its US public relations and social media agency of record.

Axicom will lead an integrated program that includes strategy, media relations, social media advisory, content development and executive thought leadership. The work will target educators, institutions, students and policymakers focused on AI in education.

The assignment stems from a new program initiated by chief communications officer Melissa Havel, who stepped into the role in September.

Turnitin selected Axicom for its experience in AI and technology, as the company builds out its positioning around the responsible use of AI in learning environments.

Turnitin provides tools focused on academic integrity and writing assessment for institutions across secondary and higher education, and is expanding its outreach as schools and universities adapt to the growing use of artificial intelligence.
