(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Deputy Minister of Defense Yevhen Moisiuk stated this in a comment to Ukrinform.

“Upon taking office as Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov immediately outlined a clear plan addressing the most pressing issues, one of which is the reform of territorial recruitment centers. Since then, the Ministry of Defense has been consistently implementing these changes. The reform of the territorial recruitment centers is a complex, multi-layered issue that cannot be resolved with quick fixes; rather, it requires a systematic, comprehensive approach. Today, we have a clear plan and timeline for implementing specific projects, and the team is steadily moving forward. That is why the information being disseminated by the media does not match reality,” Moisiuk emphasized.

According to him, the Ministry of Defense team has already developed a comprehensive plan for transforming the system. It is based on a data-driven approach, having analyzed thousands of pieces of feedback and hundreds of hours of consultations and meetings with military personnel, experts, and relevant institutions.

“Every decision undergoes a 'crash test' for effectiveness. That's why we're currently on schedule. We'll soon begin publicly presenting specific steps. This will be logical, transparent, and technologically efficient. Based on a comprehensive audit, we will propose solutions that will allow us to eliminate long-standing problems while simultaneously strengthening the army,” the deputy minister assured, adding that the main goal is to carry out a systematic and effective restructuring of processes to ensure victory over the enemy.
