Clouds, Storms, And Chill To Hit Khyber Pakhtunkhwa In Coming Days
According to the Meteorological Department, strong winds, storms, and rain accompanied by thunder and lightning are expected in various parts of the province, while snowfall may occur in the high mountainous areas.
The forecast indicates that rainfall and storms are expected in Chitral, Upper and Lower Dir, Bajaur, Swat, Buner, Malakand, Shangla, Upper and Lower Kohistan, Kolai-Palas, Torghar, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur, Sawabi, Mardan, Mohmand, Khyber, Peshawar, Charsadda, Nowshera, Hangu, Orakzai, Kurram, Kohat, Karak, Bannu, North and South Waziristan, Tank, and Dera Ismail Khan. Some areas may also experience heavy rainfall and hailstorms.

The Meteorological Department has warned that heavy rains may cause landslides in hilly areas and flash floods in local streams and rivers.
Strong winds, hail, and lightning may damage weak structures such as electric poles, billboards, and solar panels, and standing crops may also be affected.
Tourists and travelers are advised to avoid unnecessary travel and take precautions, while farmers are urged to take necessary measures to protect their crops.
A drop in daytime temperatures is also expected during the forecast period.
