Petition Challenges 'Unfair' Ramadan Package Distribution In Peshawar


(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) A petition has been filed in Peshawar against the alleged unfair distribution of the Ramadan package.

The provincial government, chief secretary, and other relevant authorities have been named as respondents in the petition.

According to the petitioner, the Ramadan package was distributed on political grounds, ignoring deserving individuals.

It is further alleged that billions of rupees were distributed among workers of the PTI government, causing a loss to the national exchequer.

The petition also states that there is no transparent public record of the Ramadan package distribution, and that the scheme financially benefited selected individuals.

The petitioner has requested the court to order a transparent investigation into the distribution of the Ramadan package and conduct a forensic audit to identify those responsible.

Additionally, the petition calls for legal action against individuals allegedly involved in embezzlement related to the package.
