Following the directive of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, encouraging individuals and institutions nationwide to observe Earth Hour by switching off lights and non-essential electrical appliances from 8:30pm to 9:30pm, Lulu outlets across Qatar turned off their external lights, including the prominent D-Ring Road location.
