Badakhshi Loses To Spain's Sintes In WOW FC Title Fight

KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghan mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Abdul Karim Badakhshi has been defeated by his Spanish opponent, Fabian Sintes.
The bout took place on Saturday night during the 28th edition of WOW FC competitions in Badalona, Spain.
Badakhshi lost in the third round via submission, allowing Sintes-who was defending his title-to retain the championship belt.
The defeat marked Badakhshi's fourth loss in 14 professional fights.
Meanwhile, the 31-year-old Sintes secured his 11th victory from 14 professional bouts.
The event was organised under a promotion associated with global football star Cristiano Ronaldo.
