Courts To Resume Receiving Litigants' Applications From Today: SJC
Doha: The Supreme Judiciary Council (SJC) announced that it will resume receiving litigants' applications starting today at service halls across courts nationwide.
In a post on its official X platform, the Council noted that application submission hours vary by location. At court facilities, applications will be received from 7.30am to 1.30pm while the Family Documentation Department at the Hazm Al Markhiya branch will receive applications from 7.30 am to 1pm
The Court of Execution will receive applications in two shifts: from 7.30am to 12pm and from 12.30pm to 3pm. The Council's branch in Al Khor, as well as government service complexes in Al Rayyan, Al Hilal, and Rawdat Al Hamama, will operate from 7.30 am to 1pm.
The Supreme Judiciary Council also confirmed that litigants may access services electronically through its official portal.
