Associate Professor Tracey Varker leads a program of work focused on improving mental health outcomes for those who are at high-risk of encountering trauma or stress through their occupation. This includes emergency services workers, military personnel and healthcare workers. She is also the Director of Phoenix Australia's Evidence Synthesis Hub. She has published more than 70 research articles, and 80 major technical reports in the area of posttraumatic mental health and has presented her work at national and international conferences.
