I'm a Postdoctoral Fellow in Psychology exploring wellbeing across individual, community, and systems levels. My work bridges psychology, public policy, contemplative science and systems thinking to understand how societies can flourish amid crises including inequality, climate change, and rapid technological advancement. I am interested in how increasing connection to self, others, and nature can promote collective and planetary wellbeing.
