Zelensky Rejects Accusations Of Intentionally Blocking Oil Transit Via Druzhba Pipeline
“Allegations that Ukraine is deliberately obstructing oil transportation through the Druzhba pipeline are unfounded. The disruption results from recent russian terrorist attacks on the pipeline and surrounding infrastructure,” Zelensky stated.
He emphasized that Ukraine is a reliable energy partner for the European Union and fully fulfills its obligations to the European Union.
“Despite daily threats of russia's ongoing missile and drone attacks, we are undertaking all possible efforts to repair the damage and restore operations, considering the impact on the pipeline itself, the surrounding infrastructure and environment as well,” the president emphasized.
