Minister Of Interior Receives Messages Of Solidarity From Several Countries

Doha, Qatar: Minister of Interior and Commander of Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya), HE Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, has received several messages and telegrams from their Excellencies, Ministers of Interior and security officials of brotherly and friendly countries, following the Iranian attack on the State of Qatar and the related regional developments.

In their messages and telegrams, Their Excellencies expressed their solidarity with the State of Qatar, stressing their categorical rejection of anything that threatens security and regional peace, and the necessity of strengthening coordination between countries to overcome the security challenges resulting from the aggression against the region's states.

Messages of solidarity were received from: HE Mohsin Raza Naqvi, Federal Minister of Interior and Narcotics Control of the brotherly Islamic Republic of Pakistan; HE Laurent Nuñez, Minister of the Interior of the friendly French Republic; HE Matteo Piantedosi, Minister of the Interior of the friendly Italian Republic; HE Fernando Grande-Marlaska, Minister of Interior of the friendly Kingdom of Spain; HE Shabana Mahmood, Home Secretary of the friendly United Kingdom; General Salvatore Luongo, Commander General of the Carabinieri Corps of the friendly Italian Republic; and Dr. Dieter Romann, President of the Federal Police of the friendly Federal Republic of Germany.

On his part, HE Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani expressed his thankfulness and appreciation to Their Excellencies for their sincere sentiments and valued solidarity, valuing the security cooperation relations that link the State of Qatar with its international partners and their commitment to maintaining security and stability in the region.
