Fire Breaks Out In Abu Dhabi's Ruwais Industrial Complex After Drone Attack

Abu Dhabi authorities are responding to a fire that broke out at a facility in the Ruwais Industrial Complex, caused by a drone attack. No injuries have been reported at this time, authorities said.

The UAE continues to intercept drones and missiles from Iran, as attacks on Gulf countries continue for a 11th day.
A short while ago on Tuesday afternoon, the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority stated that their air defence systems were responding to a missile threat, urging residents to remain in a safe location and follow official channels for warnings and updates.

On Monday, March 9, UAE's Ministry of Defence announced the martyrdom of two members of the Armed Forces following a helicopter crash due to a technical malfunction.
On March 9, the UAE air defence system detected 15 ballistic missiles, of which 12 were destroyed, while 3 fell into the sea. Additionally, 18 drones were detected, of which 17 drones were intercepted, while one drone fell within the country's territory.
Since the start of the blatant Iranian aggression on February 28, 253 ballistic missiles have been detected, of which 233 were destroyed, while 18 of them fell into the sea, and 2 fell on the country's territory. Additionally, 1,440 Iranian drones were detected, and 1,359 of them were intercepted, while 81 fell within the country's territory, and 8 cruise missiles were also detected and destroyed.
