Pakistani Officials Visit Nationals Injured By Falling Debris In Dubai

Pakistani officials on Monday visited three of their nationals at Rashid Hospital in Dubai who were injured due to falling debris following the interception of Iranian missiles and drones.
Hussain Muhammad, consul general of Pakistan in Dubai, along with Community Welfare Attachés Imran Shahid and Junaid Murtaza, visited the hospital to inquire about the health and well-being of Pakistani nationals.

The Pakistani officials were received by Dr Mansour Yousef, medical director of Rashid Hospital, who briefed them on the medical condition of the injured and the treatment being provided.
Muhammad thanked the hospital's management and medical staff for providing excellent medical care and support.
Two Pakistani nationals – one each in Dubai and Abu Dhabi – have died since the war broke out involving the US, Israel and Iran on February 28.
“We are profoundly saddened to confirm that a Pakistani national lost his life in Dubai's Al Barsha area due to falling debris following the interception of an incoming missile. Our Consulate General in Dubai is in direct contact with local authorities to assist the family and facilitate the repatriation process as quickly as possible. In this hour of grief, we share in the family's pain and offer our most sincere prayers,” the Pakistani mission said in a statement on Sunday.
As of March 7, official figures released by authorities in the UAE recorded four fatalities and 112 injuries.
The UAE has been subject to more than 1,500 drone and missile attacks since Saturday, February 28 - "exceeding the combined total of attacks suffered by all other targeted countries". The Ministry of Defence revealed that roughly 94 per cent of these were intercepted, while the remaining drones either fell into the sea or within the country's territory.
