Research examines British foreign policy, particularly in relation to the Middle East.
Past publications have focused on British military interventions in the region since Suez, the role of policy planning in the creation of foreign policy in the FCO and lessons can be learned from the past.
Currently working on British-Iranian relations across the 20th and 21st century.
Associate Fellow at RUSI.
