Municipality Ministry Reports More Than 85% Customer Satisfaction
The Ministry of Municipality's Customer Service and Unified Call Center Department delivered a total of 984,787 services in 2025.
Of these, 201,576 services were provided through customer service offices, 240,224 requests were submitted via the Oun app, 245,505 interactions were recorded across social media platforms, and 259,749 calls were handled by the Unified Call Center.

Additional services included 519,396 in-person transactions, 915 requests received through WhatsApp and e-mail, and 542,987 requests processed via the ministry's website. The department reported an 85% customer satisfaction rate for the Unified Call Center and an 87% satisfaction rate for its Customer Service Offices.
