Sourcecode Acquires Rally Point PR

(MENAFN- PRovoke) NEW YORK - SourceCode Communications has acquired Rally Point Public Relations, expanding its narrative strategy, media relations and executive positioning capabilities.

Rally Point was founded by former journalists John Cook and Dorian Langlais and works with clients across fintech, AI, software, venture capital and other emerging technology sectors.

As part of the acquisition, Cook will lead SourceCode's media strategy and fintech teams. Langlais will depart the firm to launch a new consultancy focused on diversity and cultural issues. Rally Point's team will join SourceCode immediately, with the two firms' client portfolios integrated.

SourceCode said the acquisition will combine its Storyhub insight platform with Rally Point's editorial and earned media approach to support positioning and storytelling across earned, owned and paid channels.
