Ministry Of Education Names 108 Winners Of Qatar Education Excellence Awards
Doha, Qatar: Ministry of Education and Higher Education has named 108 students and individuals as winners of the 19th edition of the Qatar Education Excellence Award 2026.
The Organising Committee announced, in a press conference today, January 6, 2026, that 108 candidates won across the award's nine categories, from various educational institutions, reaffirming the entrenchment of a culture of scientific excellence in the State of Qatar.
It further added that 371 candidates applied for the award, of whom 108 were selected and will be honoured at the Education Excellence Award Day ceremony.

The Ministry congratulated the winners, their families, and the institutions to which they belong, wishing them success for continuing the journey of excellence.
The award honours outstanding Qatari students and individuals in various fields to promote a culture of creativity and excellence within the Qatari society.
The nine categories of the Education Excellence Award include excellent students at the primary, preparatory, and secondary school levels, excellent university student, excellent teacher, excellent scientific research, master's degree holder, PhD degree holder, and excellent school.
The Award serves as a testament to Qatar's commitment to education.
