Logistics In Odesa Region To Be Stabilized Within Days Recovery Agency
“Engineers are working so that the relevant services can restore the bridge as quickly as possible. We understand how important this is for the country, including for the supply of petroleum products. The government has done everything possible to reroute fuel supplies via alternative routes, and such options exist. Therefore, I believe that within two to three days we will normalize the situation,” Sukhomlyn said.
Commenting on the repair work itself, the Head of the Recovery Agency noted that operations are complicated by regular shelling, which has further worsened the condition of the bridge. At the same time, Sukhomlyn emphasized that the Agency's services have hands-on experience in dealing with such damage and expressed hope that the repairs can be completed soon.
At present, alternative routes are being used to maintain connections with the southwestern part of Odesa region, including routes through the territory of Moldova.
“We understand that many people do not have foreign passports. The Cabinet of Ministers is currently doing extensive work, including at the international level, to resolve this issue,” Sukhomlyn added.
