SIR In West Bengal: Has EC Released Draft Electoral Rolls 2025? How To Check List On Eci.Gov.In, Ceowestbengal.Wb.Gov.In
The Election Commission had initially not made an official announcement regarding the release of the Draft or Final electoral roll 2025 for West Bengal SIR.
Initially, when Livemint checked the ECI around 10 am, not all the constituency draft electoral rolls were published. A few minutes later, the Election Commission of India published the draft electoral rolls for SIR in West Bengal on its website.

Ahead of the official publication of the West Bengal draft electoral rolls on Tuesday, booth-level officers (BLOs) across the state received access to the list, PTI reported quoting an official.
SIR in West Bengal: Where to find your name?BLOs were able to view the booth-wise draft rolls to initiate preliminary verification through a dedicated application, the officer who spoke to PTI said.
"The draft list will go live on Tuesday noon for public access both online and offline. The BLOs have already received the draft list," the official told PTI.

"Voters can also verify their details through websites like gov/SIR, gov or the ECINET mobile application," he said.
SIR in West Bengal: How to check your name on gov?Step 1: Go to the official ECI website at
Step 2: Navigate to the“Download E-Roll” tab on the homepage.
Step 3: Select your state.
Step 4: Select the relevant district and assembly constituency.
Step 5: In the Roll Type option, select Final Roll 2025.
Step 6: Enter Captcha and download the PDF.
Step 7: Check for your name on the PDF.
Did your name get deleted from voter list?The Election Commission on Tuesday morning also released the names of deleted voters on its website.
The list features voters whose names were included in the electoral rolls of the state in 2025 but were deleted from the draft rolls of 2026.
You can view the names on gov/asd_sir by simply putting your EPIC number or entering your district name and assembly constituency.
“Aggrieved persons can submit their claims in Form 6 along with the Declaration Form and supporting documents after publication of draft roll during the period fixed for receiving claims and objections i.e. 16/12/2025 till 15/01/2026,” the EC said.
More than 5.8 million names of voters (dead, absent, shifted, duplicate) have been dropped from draft roll, according to EC estimates.
West Bengal Assembly elections are set to be held in the first half of 2026.
