Electric Vehicle Sales In Ukraine Surge Nearly Threefold In November
“Last month, the Ukrainian car fleet was expanded by more than 11,000 battery electric vehicles (BEVs). This is nearly three times more than in November last year,” the association noted.
Compared with October, sales rose by 4.8%.
Passenger cars accounted for the majority of BEVs sold during the month - 10,766 units, including 3,172 new vehicles (+374%) and 7,594 used vehicles (+159%).
Among 239 commercial electric vehicles, 17 were new (compared with 18 new out of 145 units in November 2024).

The top three used EVs were the Tesla Model Y (931 units), Tesla Model 3 (862 units), and Nissan Leaf (647 units).
As previously reported, Ukrainians purchased 3,742 electric vehicles in November 2024, compared with 4,277 in October; demand at that time fell by 13% year-on-year.
