Andrea D. Carter is an organizational scientist and a global, award-winning neuroscience-based consultant whose work focuses on workplace belonging and cultural transformation. She is an Adjunct Professor at Adler University, where she teaches leadership and industrial-organizational psychology; a member of the Forbes Business Council; an author; and a TEDx speaker.

Carter is the founder and CEO of Andrea Carter Consulting and the Belonging First MethodologyTM, which partners with organizations to measure and strengthen belonging using data-driven surveys, leadership training, and evidence-based consulting. Her research and practice help leaders turn indicators of comfort, connection, contribution, psychological safety, and wellbeing into practical decisions that improve performance and organizational health.
