Roger Meiners

Roger Meiners is the Goolsby-Rosenthal Chair in Economics and Law at the University of Texas at Arlington. His Ph.D. is from Virginia Tech; his law degree from the University of Miami. Faculty appointments prior to UTA were at Clemson University, Emory University and Texas A&M. Dr. Meiners also served as a Regional Director for the Federal Trade Commission. His research interests focus on legal and economic aspects of environmental policy and higher education.
